Absolutely correct. The top 30 hold enough to withstand a hostile takeover and the numbers quoted are far, far too low. Lynas doesn't have the money and Gina would have to really up the number.
Strategically the Chinese will never get this, geopolitics make that an impossibility.
I think a lot of people are thinking far to low a number.
