According to the ACCC it is "illegal for a business to make statements that are incorrect or likely to create a false impression" and that "overall impressions" created matter in that assessment. I doubt the firm would publish figures that are false, especially when there's potential legal implications. Reckon the below reflects the current stats which indeed highlight a substantial positive development.
