Hopefully the muppet just needed a cash injection to fund his lavish lifestyle. Or someone facing financial stress and needing an exit point asap.

Crazy how diluting the company by 12% to add $4m results in situations such as those unfolding before us. When the company does not value itself fairly, how do they expect the market to react? Not going to say that additional cash wasn’t needed for the expansion plans, but to do it at a substantial discount + dilution was simply poor management. Bells sitting back licking their lips and biding their time until they can cash in on their management fees and exercise of options in the next 22 months.
