I think Eddie has a couple of kids, but the relatives kids are bigger and noisier.

They have a floodlit sports court at the front of their suburban block.

The lights, bounce bounce, thump and kids yelling,
day and night could drive the neigbours nuts.

Perhaps the police could limit their search for the offender who yelled abuse
(who knows what was said)

to the immediate area of about less than a dozen dwellings
and look for a white car.
