The good sign for ELD is this is above what many predicted a couple of months ago when the doom and gloom merchants were constantly discussing floods plus downgrading of yields and wipeouts for some growers.

This may have occurred in some areas (especially in parts of NSW) but the very good harvest means many growers will be cashed up and looking to spend on property improvements.

There are many from whom they can buy but ELD has the rural stores network, reputation and price consciousness to grab a slice.

Despite the current somewhat depressed SP, let's look to the May 2023 update. It may be quite reasonable, although unlikely to be all one-way sailing.
