There is no pending disaster, its just putting the information out there. Most of the tenement is in the buffer zone, that does not mean no mining, it just means additional studies. It's not all doom and gloom for holders, but the amount of pure unsubstantiated nonsense gets in the way of actual facts. Too many people with too much money invested not willing to look at facts and even attempt to be objective.

As I previously posted its about making educated guesses at this end of the market and taking all factors into account. I'd call it a disaster if the entire tenement was in the no mining zone because then the drilling would be a waste of time, in this case, the majority of the tenement is in the buffer zone. Do with the information what you will, but the most important thing is you now have the information at hand to make a more informed decision.
