As indicated in PB's post at 10.26am the Fin Review claims the assets concerned are operating assets in the USA. I think that this has been posted before, (possibly by PB a few months ago) concerning an article at the following url dated July 2022 about two appropriately sized assets for sale by Shell in the Gulf of Mexico that are likely candidates:-
