I get where you are coming from but gold bullion is an asset in its own right. It is an investment. Take property for example, it continues to climb in value and more people than ever are rushing in to buy it. Sure there is the intrinsic value of gold jewellery but this isn’t the main catalyst for gold pricing. It’s large tonnage purchases by banks, institutions and governments. With a leverage on national security for many counties, who are forced to buy it to protect their currency. That will only continue to escalate, especially when there is an economical war going on, east vs west. The massive gold buying is destined to grow, especially as the price keeps performing. The rest of 2024 is going to be extremely interesting viewing imo.
