It is a stalemate.
Sellers do not want to sell under 90 cents & there are few buyers because all current shareholders can increase their holding through the rights issue.
As existing shareholders gradually take up their entitlements they will become potentially new buyers willing to add to their positions,
The only thing to move the market is an announcement from SMN regarding potential contract negotiations. I hope there is an announcement next week, even if it is a confirmation of what we already know but outlining expectations for the future.
