    Yes, there are some cost and regulatory constraints. Yes there are some time delays and investment hurdles.
    However, the world is beginning to see the long-term benefits of nuclear as a superior 24/7/365 reliable electricity component of a cleaner future.

    Technoloy is advancing in both nuclear fission and fusion power generation across nuclear reactors from large to SMR's and Micro reactors.

    Time will tell if Australia, with it's abundant uranium deposits will keep up with the advancing technology, or simply try to depend on unreliable, intermittent, partial battery backed up renewables?

    The question is, will the degradation of the environment by the massive mining (for battery minerals) and land acquisition / destruction defeat the aims of the green climate zealots?
