why would one even consider a baton as a defence - before using a capsicum spray?
you don't need to get as close as a baton to give them a faceful of spray -
6 to 12 feet for most sprays ----------------- 35 feet for bear spray -
man - 35 feet - you could have stood on the beach and hit this bloke with a bear spray
why would you even think of a baton in such a situation?
