Copper and gold prices continue to edge up in pre market trading in the US. Might be an interesting night for copper.

The BHP play for Anglo American with its vast copper resource has put a cat amongst the pidgeons. But what it says is that it is better for BHP to buy existing copper operations than to wait years whilst it develops its own.

The copper deficit, coming for a few years has finally broken through the consciousness of traders and they are now looking at how best to play the copper game over the next five years.

If Firefly have some decent drilling results over the next 6 months the SP could really take off. It is something to look forward to and I would rather have Steve Parsons on my team promoting the heck out of the results. Look where Bellevue is today? It has a market cap of $2billion.
