tis the folly of humans that we are now at a time in history where we know some events will come to us ------- and we have the technology and economic clout to build for such things
but, we aren't ---------- we'd rather wait for a problem to occur - then, go about fixing it
it's a kind of odd thing that human technology is evolving at an enormous rate and hominoid technology has been evolving with unwavering continuum since we picked up the first stone and threw it at something -
but, humans themselves -------- zippo - we haven't changed one millimetre and we go back to instinct lesson 1 at the slightest opportunity
