I have an update. On a work trip to Miami I stopped by the Liebherr facility. First off, it is a gated, corner facility and therefore access and visibility is a little limited. I was able to peak around and did not see anything related to FBR or the Hadrian.

I was however able to speak with a Liebherr employee that was outside and asked him if the Hadrian, Brick laying robot had arrived yet. His reply was, “they were here yesterday looking at and figuring out the power situation”. I guess this is due to the different power hookups from AU to the US.

He also said it was due to arrive in a couple months, however I am not certain to his visibility on exact timing. He also knew they were going to be building 10 homes and confirmed they would be being built somewhere in Miami. I asked if he knew where and he said no.

His last comment was “it’s coming and it’s going to be over there in the corner” , as he pointed to the corner of the lot.

Exciting stuff. Will look to make a drive by visit every time I am in Miami.
