RF, the reason that the GDN ann is subsequent to the WCU ann is the provision in their agreement to confidentiality.
May I politely suggest to TCF that he reads everything pertaining to the various occurances before jumping to conclusions and publishing misleading comments.
It is a pity when someone, normally so erudite, commits such a basic error.
Anyway 'stuff' happens and no one's dead....yet.
