Having said that, I'm sure Katsiouleris hasn't given up on trying to land funding. He will be trying to make it work, one way or another, because it is in his own interest to do so. Any future employers will be looking closely at his performance at ADN. Not to mention that he is about $250k down on his own investment. My guess is that they have been offered some kind of deal but it is not to the company's advantage so they are pushing for better terms, hence the delay.

I guess its because I was in a specific industry that wasn't mining. Absolutely saw the opposite. Proably also as in that industry we never allowed the "spend more time with family" excuse for poor performance.
