If you were here then you'd clearly know the business situation was discussed by the business owner numerous times on this forum. In addition, share trading was also discussed openly by the owner. The good news for the owner is that his business problem just got hugely assisted with China opening that specific industry back up again! Happier chappie.
So to reiterate, not unsubstantiated [I'm sure that's the word you meant but it got autocorrected] and not a breach of privacy as all publicly posted by the owner.
