good observation. I think why Lag3 is hot is because PD-1 combo. So using that analogy if FTO is equal of better in combo or overcoming resistance then it will be even hotter!
perhaps a good benchmark for comparison when Melanoma results are released. Also, out of curiosity does Lag3 have cardio protection properties?
Not sure FTO is even on Pharma radar at all and definately not FTO to overcome PD-1 resistance. There is the Yang et al and a couple of papers but no clinical results to validate the proof of concept, yet!
in the future my hope is Lag3 and PD-1 will want to run trial in combo with Zantrene not Zantrene running combos with them. We can only hope!
