Prepared to go out on a limb here, but IMO ( FWIW) methinks there is a deal somewhere in the pipeline.
Dealing with big corporates is never easy, testing everyone’s patience. Timelines are known to shift for all sorts of reasons that may have nothing to do with NORWOOD management.
