And that's MWC Barcelona done for another year.

There's been no big reveal or announcements from NOR. NOR have not been mentioned in relation to MWC all week based on my Google search.

Following is a summary of innovations and highlights from MWC.

The bit which relates to NOR and CogVoice is "Humanising AI". It was one of the hottest topics at MWC with more than 40 sessions focussed on this. The big focus from my research during MWC is telcos using chatbots to either assist telco staff be more productive or improve customer service.

The Global Telco AI Alliance, including NOR's "partner" aka customer for a small POC, Singtel, is expanding. The alliance members of telco and tech behemoths*.

Imo, it seems a huge leap for a telco to be willing to unleash a customer facing "Digital Assistant/Intern" from an under-capitalised tech minnow from Perth.

* More reading on this including Group CEO Singtel. Consider the alliance investment in developing specific Telco LLMs with focus on a core set of languages and then consider NOR uses a generic LLM for all languages.
