That's all they're intending to produce mate... 10ktpa operation and ramp up is only planned for 2027, as stated by the company. And we know how optimistic they love to be with their guidance's (haven't met one yet to date). So it's accurate to assume anywhere between 2028-2030 they'll be producing the full 12ktpa (2ktpa would have been well ramped up and allows 12-24 months to get to nameplate for the additional 10ktpa).

This is of course all assuming they have the plant fully constructed by 2027, any further delays will push production from 10ktpa further.

Keeping in mind, they were meant to start works on the 10ktpa last year, obviously the approvals never came through - but one would have thought they were ready to go with all engineering and contractors being at the ready, as it was "any minute now" on the approvals. Yet we're being told now that engineering is still being completed and contractors yet to be assigned. So it will be interesting to see if they even get started on the construction this year.
