They've proven their processing technology. As far as I can see, no carrot dangling. They haven't said "offtake in advance negotiations" (ie it's all but done) year after year after year, leading their shareholders on with vague 'progress', amongst other things. They just got on with it - OT with LGES, with the intent of 10ktpa production by 2027. They did state they're progressing other negotiations at the same time.
Full disclosure I haven't looked at their financials, bank balances or any studies they may have released. They only popped back up onto my radar after their feat of signing an OT with LG.
Another massive feat is they're currently discussing an investment opportunity with LG into Anson. This could be huge for them and could very well sort out future funding requirements.
