The amount of graphite being used for Synergy's system in Collie would be dependent on the type of containerised battery they will be using. Are the using a lithium-ion battery, a sodium-ion battery, a vanadium flow battery or some other type of battery? I couldn't see any mention in their article or from a quick look of their website.
The storage of excess energy would be beneficial to IG6, at least for the sake of less chance of power disruptions.
Of the outstanding $8m for the 4ktpa plant, I'd expect IG6 to make some sort of offtake agreement with a deal to provide the needed funds to get the project completed. So I don't expect to see any further dilution to existing shareholders.
