The tender for that Sheffield Teaching hospital contract was first put out in August 2020. Delayed, abandoned, then re-released for tender in May 2021. So it took that trust 3 years to get an actual contract finalised. This is just how long these large contracts take to get off the ground.
Many of the announcements you're seeing were probably already in the works for years. Well before Alcidion even acquired Silverlink.
I don't think it's direct reflection on Alcidion's inability to convert contracts.
