One other thing I would add is if you are going to hold on to the options then it is better to take them off of your watch list. Staring at a -40% daily move won’t help your mental state. By all means check on them from time to time (and keep an eye on the stock and company’s announcements) but checking the options price every few hours just leads to more stress.
