Been out of SYA on HC for a while after I reluctantly sold a big portion of my holding (not all) in the .10s. I just couldn't risk any more of my capital and just as well I did. .I now can by almost three times more than I sold but would I? Should I?

Nothing really has changed. I originally bought into SYA pre NAL. I was shocked at the PLL deal from the beginning. I thought it was a very badly put together deal even for the work experience clerk. At the end of the day I though it wouldn't matter because we had a half built carb plant which will over-ride the deal and all will be great. Well since then we lost BL who in the last 6 months of his rein looked more interested in taking care of PLL than SYA. That is, he didn't look too interested in completing the carb plant to end the deal. JB has taken over who is doing much the same but also dragging his feet in finding a new CEO. Why would he, every month a fat amount of cash lands in his bank account curtesy of SYA and 1MC and remain unchallenged by the BoD who are all on the same gear.

This company could have been great with professionals in charge.
