I was thinking this.. it's getting very close for them, considering it wasn't all that long ago, the straight forward reasoning for selling I guess highlights Piedmotns desperate position for needing cash.. if it zooms past this level then I think we can confirm that narrative. However, if there's increased selling and a strong push to keep it down then you have to suspect something going on. (not necessarily by Piedmont or in a negative sense, just standard corporate games)..

I'm in the camp of Piedmont being desperate for funds and if the SP can zoom past the 5's that should appease the Kieth haters somewhat.. Think about how much cash they left on the table... let's see how it plays out but it's getting interesting around the Sell out pricing level
