It may have been short covers 14th. Then genuine buying 15th-19th.
My guess is that short covering on 14th was for index deletion.
15th as you said now confirmed as genuine buys.
I anticipate some degree of leaky boat in regard to dfs so short covers on 16th they likely spoke to mates over the weekend and it caused somewhat of further short covering on 19th. Today and yesterday may see a small uplift back into short positions so may come down to 8-9% but then pending on how far this falls may reach 10% shorting again. All IMO. lets see what comes out in the data
