The quarterly has been released folks. As expected, admin fee increased by 2.1mil. I think there are 2 factors to this
1) the directors' salaries are increasing 2) Nurses, reception and doctors are hired and wait for patients to come in.
Another interesting find is that, per note 6, they have paid for leases in 3 locations Sydney, Melbourne and Clarion. I am surprised that there is no physical office in the US yet. This is probably why there is no roadshow or anything happening in the US.
However, the strange part is that, per Malka, Joel is busy with relocating to the State.
