Yes on time, yes on budget. Means 0 if the share price doesn't go up, I think a lot of people lose sight of this. Nobody has coin parked here to watch it go backwards despite all the backslapping and pretty tweets on progress. Whatever the issues, Simon has failed to attract sufficient interest.
