A new Minister for mines dealing with all the mining entities, (not just Leo), going over all the agreements and trying to reach a fair an equitable situation for Mali in every case.
The past Minister may have made some dubious decisions, in the new minister's opinion.
If I was in his position, I'd be going over everything with a fine tooth comb.

I understand your position; However, in my mind, I see it as "Nothing personal strictly business".
But that's just my opinion.

An example back home; the QLD Government changed the rules with regards to things like Royalties,etc.... does that mean bad relationships with miners in QLD?
