I always found it strange that a human is considered trained with a 30 minute face to face training session and yet a computerised system would need dozens of hours of validation testing and documentation and even more hours of report writing before the system could be signed off. It is an anomally we have to live with.

In my view, a well-trained digital human will do a much better job than a human could ever do.

I see your point mark. Yes I could imagine the hours spent by the Unith team in creating a digital human to industry standards and be able to reply to customers with the correct responses for that individual business would have been countless compared to training a human.
But hopefully Unith are past all that now as from my interpretation the new business just inputs it's own responses for their customers.
