Yes I'm sad about AZS too. The takeaway message to me was, you can't really stop these institutions from buying on the market (like Gina did) but you can prevent institutions from acquiring a large stake through capital raising as a keystone investor (like SQM did). We don't need keystone investors, just need directors to buy what they can to show they are confident to lead this to production with funds raised through general soph's. CBMM if you are thinking of taking a stake with promises of hundreds of millions please f off - WA1 will be taking over you soon with billions in cash in 10 years.
