That has to be the biggest joke I have ever read. Livent shareholders believe they have been ripped off and the decision was not in the best interest of the shareholders? Geez, maybe as an AKE holder I should be looking at a lawsuit. If anything AKE was the one who was ripped off in the merger in many ways. Yes LTHM brought value and projects, but the split was ridiculous and no where near reflected the true value of AKE. Biggest smear in the face of all AKE holders. Way to start off the merger guys. Was never a huge fan of the merger but the more I read, the more I dislike it.
In terms of the company as a whole, plenty of value, a good one to buy imo but it was the merger that did not reflect a fair integration for the AKE holders.
