interesting- why do shareholders have to 'speculate- why to the shareholders (owners of the assets) have to wait until management decide what to tell the 'owners of the assets' what the new conditions are regarding the previously approved Fed Gov loan- the comms is not acceptable- only to a select group who follow the 'better not upset the boss' sort of approach- we should have already been advised what the new conditions of the not new loan are- poor comms continue which seems to be acceptable to some
