I have heard that the way to expose their evil is, to speak about someone else's, you are then likely to be on the same footing, and they then might think about themselves.
As in applying what their saying about the other, to them selves, as in, does it also apply to them.
As you know, no one likes to be told they are wrong.
You need to give them a back door, the likes of, I understand why you see it that way, as I once saw it that way as well, but then bla, bla lol.
They also say, it is good to know the 4 key personalities.
We are generally predominantly one of them with a little of another.
First though, you have to understand that about yourself.
Knowing a persons personality, tells you what approach or how to.
Example a choleric's brief, They are always right, so if you hit them head on, it's game on, so you do the above - back door.
Me, predominantly a phlegmatic and don't like change, so you have to turn them 180 deg's without them knowing and lead them to think, it was their idea lol.
LOL, however, knowing these sorts of things and remembering to apply them, is another matter.
