Skol didn't. Skol prefers things that go down in value (NZ property, mutual funds, savings in bank accounts, etc.). According to Skol, he got a "good deal" on his vacant land in the middle of nowhere that you can't rent to anyone. The next person who owns it will likely get an even better deal when the bank sells it to them! Very dopey! GLTAH
