I would go as far to say, your statement is completely wrong regarding cap raises.
The longer it takes = more cap raises = further dilution.
How VALOR is currently spending its funds is not sustainable.

The longer these guys play “needle in a haystack” with golden hard hats the riskier this investment gets.

Costs are higher than anyone else of this size in this space.
Anyway what would I know, it’s just my point of view.
