I'm not worried. How could I be worried? I am "one of the smart ones who made made a motza the past 7 years". Sitting pretty on cash I made in property and quite frankly relieved to finally be out.
There's no point holding onto investments forever and I don't think I can ever remember a clearer signal that this is the top. Ever.
