One can make rubbish posts as to the upside just as readily as rubbish posts to the downside.

If and when the directors deserve criticism I will criticize them if I think such is warranted. I incorrectly criticised them for the raise at the time. They were right given the subsequent fall in commodity prices in our space, but I did not see that at the time.
