I absolute that the world should be aware of the facts.
The fact is Hamas is a terrorist organisation, committed to the destruction of Israel. They do not want peace without that. They are supported by Iran which wants to install a fundamentalist Muslim regime and is opposed to anyone who does not follow their brand of Islam. Hamas has sequestered money intended to support Palestinians for their own use instead of doing what could otherwise have been done - creating a robust, modern democratic and education state that took full advantage of their position in the Middle East.
the fact is that in their self righteous anger towards the Israeli response to the Hamas attack most people have got no idea what they are supporting, no idea of the facts of history and no idea of the consequences of their supposed solution.
they have lapped up the sophisticated twisting of facts from a well endowed terrorist group aided - most likely - by an angry Russia and a determined Muslim state because it is easy to tap into the deeply held distrust and dislike of Jews that has been part of tte west for Millenia
the fact is that there are those who will continue to peddle that hate and this moment in time serves such people well. However that they have come out in force does not make them morally right
