I think that you are overrating Israel's attack. "Precision attack on Iran near their largest nuke facility" What did Israel hit in this latest tit for tat?
At the same time you are underestimating how well Iran is defended. It would be near impossible to "wipe Iran off the map" when they have soo many military bases underground and their mountainous regions are like a natural fortress.
