Well if you look at Australia's defense capability what do you see ? yeh -- nothing
We could not stop "Dad's Army" from taking over the place
The point is if we owned and controlled all our assets we would be rich enough to have a proper world class defense force
As to sticking with the herd !
Look at Israel and Ukraine, good friends who get limited help
The UK do not even have a supply capability outside of the UK waters
So it if we were invaded how much real help can we rely on ??
