    The insurance settled for it to go away for a tiny sum. Had the evidence have come out in a court case you would have found that it was not in fact MSB that did any misleading. The FDA moved the goal posts. It would have come out that they were the misleading party IF ANY. What they wanted to see shifted to potency assays which was not an issue prior to that. The FDA's excuse would be that they were learning as they went as they were playing catch up to MSB. They still are.

    Anyway, the fact is MSB is UP >300% why you parrot on about blue chps being down various %'s.... in a similar time period.

    I suggest to you that you have a blind spot. Can't let go of the past and form a fresh view on new information - a common thing.

    They are the regulator and this is not a final judgement which means that APPEAR is the best word you are going to get at this stage. I repeat NOTHING is left in question now - efficacy ticked and now potency assay ticked as to both MOA and composition of the cells and ratios.
