Couldn't find the announcement from the NT government?

Does pretty average weather you can't announce that you are just about to construct a mill that will go into operation before the end of the year?

And does being a private company mean you don't tell your Joint (adjective shared, held, or made by two or more people together.) Venture partner anything? Or does it mean you can't tell the market what your JV partner tells you?
