Unfavourable psa terms very unlikely given the wild cat nature imo. First mover advantage imo.
Cost and size very attractive proposition coupled to that an energy starved market, I believe the farm down terms should be very good imo.
Sovereign risk will be lessened by the signing of the Psc imo.
Good reasons to be positive imo.
