Mate, I know this is off topic but have been through a few rough patches myself, I would just like to offer some “tools” I’ve learned to use.

First and foremost, remind yourself daily that “this too shall pass”. Use this as an opportunity to work on yourself - no booze, drugs, gambling - only positive stuff. Get yourself a copy of Seneca: Letters From A Stoic, then read a book or two of Epictetus’. This last one is more personal preference and may or may not resonate depending on personal preferences (but had a profoundly positive impact on myself), search online for Shi Heng Yi, the Mulligan Brothers have done some fantastic interviews with him, really helps to put things into perspective.
