A District Court Judge ruled “in a similar manner” when he dismissed a Jan 6 obstruction charge against Joseph Fischer.
A divided Appeals Court ruled “in a different manner” in reversing that finding.
I'll go with “in a different manner” as well and so putting the rioter behind bars.
