it is NOT a state issue --------------- it's Federal, State, Local government and every single Australian who has or can vote in the last decades

this man probably did not need to be in a secure unit

what he more than likely needed is to BE secure - in a home of his own, provided by society in the form of welfare housing and cared for closely by society

then, expect more of this -------------- and it might come right to your own little favourite shopping mall - when you come face to face with it one day

Not my problem pal. Play your blame game elsewhere. Your wasting band width talking your usual ignorant rubbish. Im inside this issue and well aware of the players and government policies. Stick to snails cause you have zero knowledge of Health policy in Victoria same as the Federal health minister.
