Unemployment rate still at record lows, immigration at record highs. The demand for housing is well beyond supply. Governments not doing enough to address the shortage. Domestic housing investors will continue to make capital gains as long as this imbalance continues. I am definitely comfortable in my investment. (this is the reasoning behind my first move into domestic property investment)
